    YES!

  • DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY CLASS(ES) IN ADVANCE?

    YES PLEASE! It is infinitely preferable.

    • You MAY just "drop-in" to class if you have forgotten to book online in advance, but please note that you could run the risk of being turned away if the class has already been fully booked by others in advance.
    • Drop-in members will also incur a small admin charge on top of the online price - see pricing details here
  • DO I STILL HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE EVEN IF I HAVE A CLASS PASS?

    YES PLEASE!

    • You still need to secure your space, especially in classes which are popular and limited in number and you can use your Class Pass to do this. When you get to the "payment" page you will be able to use your Pass to "pay" for the class as long as it still has spaces left on it and/or it is still within its valid period - here is the booking site.
    • You MAY just "drop-in" to class if you have forgotten to book online in advance, but please note that you could run the risk of being turned away if the class has already been fully booked by others in advance.

  • WHAT IS A SINGLE CLASS PAYG PURCHASE?

    • A Single Class PAYG purchase is more suited to people who have really hectic lives and are not able to commit to any of the discount schemes we offer, and who would like the complete flexibility to just drop in occasionally.
    • It is preferable to book classes in advance, however, even at the last minute, since you run the risk of being turned away at the door if  you just "turn up on chance" and the class is already fully subscribed by people who have previously booked.
    • An administration premium is also added to the class price for "drop-ins", too! See Class Price details here.
    • What are the Terms and Conditions for a Single Class Purchase?
  • CAN I TRY A CLASS BEFORE I COMMIT TO BOOKING AND PAYING FOR ONE?

    YES!

    • There are some pre-recorded videos of classes available, which you can access and do at any time to suit you - find out  more here.
  • DO YOU OFFER ANY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES?

    YES!

  • CAN I JUST TURN UP TO CLASS AND PAY THEN?

    WE WOULD PREFER YOU NOT TO!

    • Please book in advance wherever possible - here is the booking site.
    • On the rare occasion that you forget to book in advance you MAY just "drop in", but if you do, please remember to bring your credit/debit card with you to pay for your session (unless you have any spaces remaining on your Class Pass), since we do not accept cash or cheques.
    • Please be aware that if you DO just "drop in" you might run the risk of being turned away at the door if the class is fully subscribed already by people who have booked in advance  - especially for our smaller venues where numbers are necessarily capped for safe and effective teaching - as well as for social distancing.
    • There will be an administration premium added to the standard class price if you do "drop-in". See class prices here.
  • OH NO! THE CLASS I WANT TO COME TO IS FULLY BOOKED. IS THERE A WAITING LIST?

    YES!

  • I HAVE BOOKED A CLASS BUT I CAN'T MAKE IT. CAN MY FRIEND TAKE MY PLACE?

    NO!

  • I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD! HOW DO I GET INTO MY AINYFIT ACCOUNT?

  • I HAVE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS. HOW DO I CHANGE IT IN MY AINYFIT ACCOUNT?

  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

    • If you have had a recent operation/illness/changed your medication/need to update your emergency contact details, it is your responsibility to let AinyFit Ltd know and to keep these details up to date regularly.

  • DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN AINYFIT ACCOUNT?

    YES!

    • You cannot be registered at any class without one. With an account all your personal details can be stored safely and securely online, including the important health information that AinyFit Ltd needs for insurance purposes and so that we can tailor specific classes to your specific needs using that information, and to have your "emergency contact details" to hand, online immediately, should they ever be needed in the unlikely event of an emergency.
    • Please set up your AinyFit Account here.
    • If you prefer, you may complete a paper registration form (PARQ) at your first class with AinyFit Ltd, and an account will be set up for you from the information provided therein.
    • This account will then be used to register you in to your class next time - whether you use the account to book a class yourself, or whether you just come along to be registered into the class then.
  • CAN ANYONE COME TO CLASS?

    NO! BUT ALMOST!

    • AinyFit Ltd is insured to teach people from 16yrs old. 14-16 year old young people can attend classes, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is required to take the class alongside them.
    • AinyFit Ltd will NOT teach young people under 14 years of age unless it is a properly formulated Zumba Kids or Zumba Juniors class.
    • AinyFit Ltd will NOT teach pregnant ladies unless they have a signed letter from their GP to say that they are fit and able to take AinyFit’s classes (except Fitness Pilates) during the duration of their pregnancy.
    • Once your baby is born, you may come back to any type of class after your 6-week post-natal check, or 12 weeks in the case of a Caesarean section birth, providing you have been cleared to do so by your Doctor.
  • WHAT ELSE DOES MY AINYFIT ACCOUNT OFFER ME?

    • You can pay for single classes and/or any class passes online in advance for your convenience, at a SLIGHTLY CHEAPER PRICE than if you were to pay for them in class - see price plans here.
    • The ability to book as many classes in advance as you like (and cancel them if need be)!
    • You get first dibs on classes - there are some classes which are really tight on room and where numbers are strictly limited, so if you book your class in advance you are assured of your space in that class.
    • It saves time at Registration - you can just arrive at Class and enjoy, bringing just yourself, your water and your towel/mat - and you don't have to fiddle around finding your debit/credit card with the risk of losing it along the way.
    • You can keep track of what passes you have purchased, when you bought them, when they run out, how many spaces you have remaining with them, etc, and plan or budget ahead accordingly.
    • The flexibility to amend your personal information and health details whenever they change, instead of my having to ask you once a year - that way it is always completely up to date, should these details need to be accessed in the unlikely event of an emergency; it is entirely your responsibility to keep this information current.
    • You can check easily to see whether your favourite class is running on a particular date or not - if it's listed, it's ON, as the booking site is always kept COMPLETELY up to date.

  • WHERE ARE AINYFIT'S CLASSES LOCATED?

  • ARE CLASSES ON ALL YEAR ROUND?

    IN THE MAIN, YES!

    • We do not close for school half terms or school holidays.
    • We ARE closed, however, on all bank holidays, for one week at Easter, two or three weeks in the Summer and for two or three weeks at Christmas/New Year - all depending on how the dates fall.
    • There may also be the occasional date on which other scheduled closures occur occasionally due to previously planned commitments or for unexpected personal reasons, but these will always be communicated to you in good time wherever possible.

    • If ever you are in doubt as to whether or not your own favourite class is on or not, please check the booking site here - if a date is listed, the class is on; if a certain date is missing from the listing, that class is not on!!!!
