VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDTIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Payments are taken automatically via PayPal every 28 days unless you cancel your subscription.
• Your Class Credits* will be added to your account within 24 hours of a subscription being received, and you can start using these for your class bookings as soon as they are there - just book your classes in the normal way with your AinyFit account and the Class Credits* will be applied to the relevant bookings accordingly as and when they come up for use.
• The start date of your VIP Pass Class Credits* is the date of the class it is first use for initially NOT the date it is purchased, so that could even be in the future, depending on other Class Passes you may have valid spaces remaining for on your account already, which will be used up first.
• When the first booking made with a VIP Class Credit space is signed in to the class booked with it, you will then have 4 weeks in which to use all the spaces up on that particular Pass, and these weeks must be consecutive - there are no "Grace" weeks with a VIP Pass.
• Another set of Class Credits* will be applied to your account within 24 hours of when your next subscription is received, and so on.
• *Your Class Credits work in exactly the same way as a Class Pass  (see info here), except that they do not have "grace weeks" attached to them.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. AinyFit Ltd cannot do this for you.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the recorded videos immediately when AinyFit Ltd receives notification of cancellation, but you WILL NOT lose your Class Credits: they will stay in your account.
• If you do not use a VIP Pass up fully within its valid period any remaining spaces after its expiry date will not be honoured: they will automatically be discontinued for use if they haven't been used within their valid period after the date of their first use as described above.
• VIP Passes may NOT be transferred to another member.
• You must use all the spaces on your VIP Pass for yourself - in other words you may not use a space on your VIP Pass to book another person into a class: they must pay separately for any class they take themselves, or purchase their own VIP Pass for their own use.
• An automatic record is kept in your AinyFit account of your VIP Pass, and you can check this at any time by logging in to your account.
• VIP Passes are valid for ALL classes run by AinyFit Ltd, unless otherwise stated, so if you miss your usual class, you may use it for another one.
• Any subscription payments made for periods that have ended before your current subscription period will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This applies to the cancelled subscription period, too.
• Although your access to the pre-recorded classes will be rescinded, should you cancel, you will still have your class credits to use, as described above.
• If AinyFit is ever to cease trading at any point with no classes running at all unused spaces on your VIP Pass will be refunded as per AinyFit Ltd's full Terms and Conditions – but only if it still falls within its valid period.
• Classes are CLOSED for all Bank Holidays, for one week at Easter, for two weeks in the Summer and for two or three weeks over Christmas, so it is your responsibility to factor these - and of course, your own commitments like holidays and appointments - in when making your purchase - although remember that you have continuous access to all the pre-recorded videos anyway!
• Whilst VIP Passes do save you money overall, it means that AinyFit Ltd runs at a loss each time one is purchased as the classes are discounted, so we would really appreciate your understanding and adherence to these Terms and Conditions. 
  
• The Password to unlock the videos will be changed if somebody cancels a subscription, but those who are still paid-up VIP Members will receive an email with a new password to unlock them as soon as practically possible.
• By accessing any of the videos included in your membership you are deemed to have accepted all our  general terms and conditions found here, and you confirm that you have read and understood the disclaimer for doing  online classes found here.
• You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Subscribe” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class from any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit Ltd’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit Ltd websites and/or services offered by AinyFit Ltd. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.

• All videos made by AinyFit Ltd and/or members remain private and belong to AinyFit Ltd/Alison Fry and must not be copied, downloaded, sold or redistributed by a third party, nor may the password be divulged to any third party either.
