GENERAL POLICY FOR ALL BOOKINGS
  • PAYG MEMBERS (1-Horse-Town Pass)
  • All purchases are final, so please only book classes that you are as sure as you can be of attending - see our Cancellation policy here. 
  • It might be worth considering purchasing one of our Class Passes, which give you more flexibility (and save you some money)!
  • Bookings can be made right up until the start time of the class, so if you are not sure whether or not you can come to any class, you can always book closer to the time so that your payment isn't forfeited.
  • Note: All bookings are classed as 1-Horse-Town Single Class PAYG sessions, even if you book more than one at a time, UNLESS you actively choose a different Class Pass when you "checkout", or have valid spaces remaining from a Pass you purchased previously.

  • CLASS PASS HOLDERS
  • If you have a Class Pass and you usually take a class on a day when there are scheduled closures, these dates are to be factored into the "Grace Weeks" of your Pass - see ts&cs for Class Passes here as a reminder of how they work, so please consider these in your planning when purchasing or using one.
  • Class dates for booking are released for the next month during the last week of the current month, so you might not be able to book all your spaces at once when buying/using a Class Pass: any unused spaces will be held in your account ready to be used against future bookings as soon as the new dates are released, as long as the Pass is still within date.
  • There are two price levels for the 3-Wheeler Pass and the 5-Star Pass - one which can be used against DanceFit classes and one which can be used against Fitness PILATES classes and they cannot be interchanged (i.e., if you take one DanceFIT class and one Fitness PILATES class a week, you will need to buy two 3-Wheeler Passes or 5-Star Passes - one to cover your DanceFIT classes and one to cover your Fitness PILATES classes).
  • There is only one price for the 10-Out-Of-10 Pass and it can be used across the board for all of AinyFit's classes, whether they are DanceFIT or Fitness PILATES, so this Pass offers the best value for money overall. 
  • If you know that you have a pre-existing medical condition, or you regularly have work, holiday or family commitments which may preclude you from coming to class regularly, we would respectfully ask you to book classes on a PAYG basis only, as a Class Pass may not be suitable for you.

  • CANCELLATIONS
  • Things can often pop up in everyday life that can suddenly change your plans, but please cancel a booking, using your AinyFit account only as soon as you know you cannot make it, even right up until the start time of the class.
  • This will allow the space booked to be re-allocated to the booking system so that someone on the waiting list may use it - particularly important for classes with limited space.
  • We do not accept cancellations over the phone, text, email or by any other means, as they can often be missed.

  • You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Book Now” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit Ltd’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit Ltd websites and/or services offered by AinyFit Ltd. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
