If you have a Class Pass and your usual class falls on a
planned closure date, those closure weeks count towards your pass “grace weeks.” Please keep this in mind when planning your bookings.
Class schedules for the following month are released during the last week of the current month, so you may not be able to book all your classes at once. Any unused classes will stay on your account and can be booked later, as long as your pass has not expired.
5-Star Pass rules
- The 5-Star Pass gives you 5 classes to use within 7 weeks.
- The 7-week period starts on the date of your first booked class using the pass (not the purchase date, unless they are the same).
- The pass is designed to allow for holidays, illness, appointments, and
planned closures, so please consider these before buying.
- There are separate versions for DanceFIT and Fitness PILATES classes. They cannot be mixed, so if you attend both types of class, you’ll need a separate Pass for each.
- Once the 7 weeks end, the pass expires automatically, even if you have unused classes left.
- Unused classes cannot be refunded or carried forward.
- Click here to see how a 5-Star Pass might work in practice.
There are two separate versions of the pass:
- one for DanceFIT classes
- one for Fitness PILATES classes
- These cannot be mixed. If you attend both types, you will need a separate pass for each.
Booking notes
- By default, bookings are charged as single PAYG classes unless you choose a Class Pass at checkout or already have valid pass credits available.
- All purchases are final, non-refundable and non-transferable
Cancellation & refund policy
- Class Pass credits cannot be transferred to another person.
- Returned credits can only be reused before the pass expiry date.
- If you miss a class or fail to cancel online, the missed class will count against your allowed “grace weeks.”
- Once the pass expires, any remaining credits are lost and cannot be refunded, transferred, or reinstated.
Pass expiry
- All Class Passes have an expiry date.
- The expiry countdown starts from the first class booked with the pass, not the purchase date.
- A pass expires either:
- when all classes are used, or
- at midnight on the expiry date,
whichever happens first.
Important advice
If you have a medical condition, upcoming treatment, unpredictable work/family commitments, or anything else likely to cause frequent cancellations, PAYG bookings may suit you better than a Class Pass.
