AINYFIT LTD CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

GENERAL POLICY FOR ALL BOOKINGS
  • Only book classes you are as sure as you can be of attending, and please do not book classes too far in advance. 
  • We understand that things pop up in everyday life that can suddenly change your plans, but please cancel a booking, using your AinyFit account only as soon as you know you cannot make it - this will allow the space booked to be re-allocated to the booking system so that someone on the waiting list may use it - this is particularly important for classes with limited space.
  • We do not accept cancellations over the phone, text, email or by any other means.
  • Class dates for booking are released for the next month on the last Thursday of the current month, so you might not be able to book all your spaces at once when buying/using a Class Pass but any unused spaces will be held in your account ready to be used against future bookings as soon as the new dates are released, as long as the Pass is still within date.
  • Bookings can be made right up until the start time of the class, so if you are not sure whether or not you can come to any class, you can always leave it until the last minute to book so that your payment isn't forfeited - see our Cancellation/Refund policy here.
  • Bookings can be cancelled right up until 30 minutes before the start time of the class.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR 1-HORSE TOWN PASS (SINGLE CLASS PAYG)
  • Single class PAYG bookings must be cancelled using your AinyFit account only.
  • Single class PAYG bookings are non refundable and non transferable. Exceptions may occasionally be made at AinyFit's discretion.
  • Discretionary AinyFit Class Credits, if and when issued, may only be used for one future booking for a class which falls by its expiry date. If a booking made with a class credit is subsequently cancelled, it may not be used again and will be forfeited.
  • Single class PAYG bookings are non-transferable to another member.
  • If you are a no-show to the class you have booked on a single class PAYG basis, no refund or credit will be offered.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSES BOOKED WITH A SPACE FROM ANY OTHER CLASS PASS
  • Class Pass spaces may not be transferred to another person.
  • Class Pass bookings must be cancelled using your online AinyFit account only: this will allow the space used to be credited back to your Pass for use against a future booking (providing that future booking is made for a class before the Pass reaches its expiry date).
  • A Class Pass is valid for use for a specified number of weeks from its activation date (the activation date is the date of the class it is initially used for - NOT the date it is purchased unless those dates are the same), depending upon which Pass you choose.
  • Each Class Pass has a specified number of "grace" weeks allocated to it, which allows you some flexibility.
  • However, if you don't cancel a booking using your account, or are a no-show at the class booked with a Pass space, that unused space will count towards one of your "grace" weeks.
  •  A Class Pass is designed to take into account your own holidays/appointments/absence due to illness/any other obligations as well as AinyFit's planned closures, so please think about these carefully when making your purchase.
  • Once the valid window for use of a Class Pass is closed, it automatically expires, even if there are spaces left on it, and they may not be carried forward, recredited or refunded under any circumstances.
  • A Class Pass can be used for all classes in AinyFit's timetable, so if you do miss your normal class, you could come to a different class instead before the Pass expires.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR AINYFIT CLASS CREDITS WHICH AINYFIT LTD MAY HAVE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT
  • AinyFit Class Credits may be added to your account from time to time, by AinyFit Ltd, at AinyFit Ltd's discretion, for various reasons, including classes cancelled by AinyFit Ltd due to instructor incapacity, or sessions cancelled because the hall is being used for something else, etc, or any other reason ...
  • Discretionary class credits, if and when issued, may only be used for one future booking for a class which falls by its expiry date.
  • If a booking made with a class credit is subsequently cancelled, it may not be used again and will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR CLASS GIFT VOUCHER CREDITS
  • For the purchaser:
  • No refunds will be considered for Gift Voucher Credits purchased under any circumstances, nor may they be transferred to a third party.
  • When you purchase Class Gift Voucher Credit(s) for a friend, the spaces will be added to your friend's account as soon as possible after payment is received, and they are non-transferable.
  • Your friend has 6 calendar months from the date any Gift Voucher Credits are added to their account to use them, after which time they will expire, even if there are credits remaining.
  • Any spaces not used within their valid time-frame will be forfeited and non-refundable.

  • For the recipient: 
  • Any Gift Voucher credits added to your account must be used within 6 months from the date they are added to your account.
  • When the first booking made with a Gift Voucher space is signed in to the class booked with it, you will then have either 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks in which to use all the spaces up, depending on which Voucher was bought for you, and these weeks must be consecutive: you may, of course, use them for more than one class a week, in which case they will "run out" earlier than their expiry date.
  • The credits will be applied automatically to any bookings made with your account within their valid time period, in the same way as a normal Class Pass, and the same cancellation policies (see above) will apply, too.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTONS TO AINYFIT LTD VIP MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
  • Payments are taken automatically every 28 days.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. AinyFit Ltd cannot do this for you.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the recorded videos for your membership type immediately when AinyFit Ltd receives notification of cancellation, but you will not lose your Class Credits (if these were applicable to your Membership option: they will stay in your account until they are used up or have expired).
  • If you are a VIP Member and you do not use a set of VIP Class Credits up fully before their expiry date (they may be used for 4 consecutive calendar weeks after activation - activation being the class at which they are first used for, NOT the date they are added to your account unless those are the same), any spaces remaining after that date will expire automatically, be forfeited and will not be able to be used, since if you do miss a class you always have access to the pre-recorded videos which you can choose to do as many times as you like.
  • Any subscription payments made for periods that have already ended will not be refunded, nor will your current subscription payment. Cancellation of your subscription simply means that no FURTHER payments will be taken.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES (if offered)
  • No refund for any missed session(s) included in any course offered will be considered.
  • You may cancel a course for a full refund if you find that you won't be able to make ANY of the sessions included in a course - but you MUST do this 24 HOURS OR MORE before the start time of the FIRST valid session in that course. 
  • If you request a refund of a course LESS than 24 hours before the start time of the first valid session for the course, your request will not be considered.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS TO FACEBOOK GROUPS/PAGES
  • If you choose to subscribe to any of AinyFit Ltd's paid-for Facebook Groups/Pages, you may cancel this at any time. If you make a cancellation, you will be removed from the associated Group/Page/Course at the end of your current subscription period and will only be admitted back in again once your subscription is resumed. Any subscription payments made before your cancellation will not be refunded, since you will have had access to the Group on payment confirmation whether you choose to use that access or not.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR PRE-RECORDED CLASS BUNDLES
  • If you choose to purchase a class bundle, you will have immediate constant access to the videos included in the bundle once purchased, whether you use that access or not.
  • No refund for any Class Bundle purchase will be considered at any time.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR ANY OTHER SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS (if offered)
  • AinyFit Ltd may have special offers and discounts running from time to time, such as discounted (or even Free) Class Passes, or further discounted Class Passes, etc.
  • Due to the loss-leader nature of most of these, no refunds will be given under any circumstances, at any time for them, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
  • All special offer Class Passes/Credits will have an expiry date and will be automatically forfeited if they are not used in time.

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Book Now” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class from any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit Ltd’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit Ltd websites and/or services offered by AinyFit Ltd. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
