Hi! I'm Alison Fry, and as an established Fitness PILATES and DanceFIT Instructor with nearly 15 years of experience, I’m here to support you in starting or reigniting your fitness journey, helping you stay healthy and strong.


Exercise is so much more than how you look - it’s about feeling strong, both in your body and your mind. When you feel good mentally and physically, everything else falls into place. So let’s get moving together and have some fun while we’re at it!


Join our weekly DanceFIT or Fitness PILATES classes, designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and boost coordination, wellness, and confidence. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pro, each session is tailored to meet all skill levels, so you'll always feel supported and encouraged.


Build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility with expertly led Pilates sessions:
  • Monday evenings (6:30–7:15pm) – The Performance Studio, Testwood School, Testwood Lane, Totton, Southampton, SO40 3ZW (Beginners & improvers)
  • Tuesday mornings (10:10–10:55am) – Calmore Community Centre, Calmore Drive, Calmore, Southampton, SO40 2ZU (Improvers & intermediates)
  • Wednesday evenings (6:30–7:15pm) – Totton & Eling Community Centre, Civic Centre Buildings, Library Road, Totton, SO40 3RS (Intermediate & advanced)
