- GENERAL POLICY FOR ALL BOOKINGS
- If you have a Class Pass and you usually take a class on a day when there are
scheduled closures, these dates are to be factored into the "Grace Weeks" of your Pass - see ts&cs for Class Passes here as a reminder of how they work, so please consider these in your planning when purchasing or using one.
- Class dates for booking are released for the next month during the last week of the current month, so you might not be able to book all your spaces at once when buying/using a Class Pass: any unused spaces will be held in your account ready to be used against future bookings as soon as the new dates are released, as long as the Pass is still within date.
- The 3-Wheeler Pass is valid for use for
4 Weeks
from its activation date (the activation date - and Space No 1 - is the date of the class it is first used for initially - NOT the date it is purchased unless those dates are the same).
- You have 4 Weeks in which to take 3 classes with the 3-Wheeler Pass.
- The 3-Wheeler Pass is designed to take into account your own holidays/appointments/absence due to illness/any other obligations as well as Planned Closures so please think about these carefully when making your purchase.
- Once the 4 Week window for use of the 3-Wheeler Pass is closed, it automatically expires, even if there are spaces left on it, and they may not be carried forward or refunded.
- There are two price levels for the 3-Wheeler Pass - one which can be used against all DanceFIT classes and one which can be used against all Fitness PILATES classes and they cannot be interchanged (i.e., if you take one DanceFIT class and one Fitness PILATES class a week, you will need to buy two 3-Wheeler Passes - one to cover your DanceFIT classes and one to cover your Fitness PILATES classes).
- Note: All bookings are classed as 1-Horse-Town Single Class PAYG sessions, even if you book more than one at a time, UNLESS you actively choose a different Class Pass when you "checkout", or have valid spaces remaining from a Pass you purchased previously.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSES BOOKED WITH A SPACE FROM A 3-WHEELER CLASS PASS
- Class Pass spaces may not be transferred to another person.
Class Pass bookings must be cancelled using your online AinyFit account only: this will allow the space used to be credited back to your Pass for use against a future booking (providing that future booking is made for a class before the Pass reaches its expiry date). - A Class Pass is valid for use for a specified number of weeks from its activation date (the activation date is the date of the class it is initially used for - NOT the date it is purchased unless those dates are the same), depending upon which Pass you choose.
- Each Class Pass has a specified number of "grace" weeks allocated to it, which allows you some flexibility.
- However, if you don't cancel a booking using your account, or are a no-show at the class booked with a Pass space, that unused space will count towards one of your "grace" weeks.
- A Class Pass is designed to take into account your own holidays/appointments/absence due to illness/any other obligations as well as AinyFit's planned closures, so please think about these carefully when making your purchase.
- All purchases are final.
- Once the valid window for use of a Class Pass is closed, it automatically expires, even if there are spaces left on it, and they may not be carried forward, recredited or refunded under any circumstances.

ALL CLASS PASSES HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE, but the countdown to its expiry date will not start until the Pass is activated: The Activation Date is the date of the class for which the Pass is first used, NOT the date on which it is purchased - unless those dates are the same. Each Class Pass will either expire automatically at midnight on its expiry date (even if there are unused spaces left on it), or it will expire when all the spaces on it have been used during its valid period - whichever event happens first.
If you know that you have a pre-existing medical condition which may preclude you from coming to class regularly, i.e., a sudden flare-up of a back/knee/hip problem or any other known or pre-existing condition which may show sudden symptoms which would stop you attending class, or an imminent medical procedure which is planned but for which you don't have an exact appointment date yet, or if you know you often have unexpected work, holiday or family commitments which would then necessitate the cancellation of a booking, we would respectfully ask you to book classes on a PAYG basis only, as a Class Pass may not be suitable for you.

- You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Book Now” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class from any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
