AinyFit's workout classes cater for all levels of ability: There are Fitness PILATES classes for beginners, intermediates and the more advanced participant, and cardio dance workout classes (DanceFIT) which are suitable for everyone from young people (over 16) to the more senior member i.e., anyone who is just starting out on their exercise and fitness "journey" as well as those who prefer a slightly slower pace of active aerobics workouts in a group fitness environment whilst still getting a good all-round workout from their keep fit class!

Mon, 10:10am - DanceFIT with AinyFit

Our DanceFIT classes blend the energy of dance with the benefits of fitness, creating a fun, effective workout that leaves you feeling stronger, fitter, and full of energy. The best part? You'll be having so much fun that you’ll barely notice you’re exercising!
With upbeat music and easy-to-follow routines, our DanceFIT sessions are designed to keep you moving, motivated, and coming back for more. We run two classes each week, welcoming an incredible mix of people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.
No dance experience? No problem. Whether you’re a seasoned mover or convinced you have two left feet, everyone is welcome. Perfect coordination isn’t required either - all you need is a willingness to move and enjoy yourself while getting a fantastic workout.

Mon, 6:30pm - Fitness PILATES (Beginner/Improver Levels)

This Fitness PILATES class is suitable for both beginners and those looking to build on their existing practice.
Designed to strengthen and tone the body, each session focuses on improving core stability, flexibility, posture, and overall fitness in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Tues, 10:10am - Fitness PILATES (Improver/Intermediate Levels)
The Hunter Hall, Calmore Community Centre, Calmore Drive, Calmore, Southampton, SO40 2ZU
This Fitness PILATES class for improvers and intermediate-level participants is designed to help you develop greater strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness in a supportive yet challenging environment. Each session combines dynamic core training with energising full-body exercises, allowing you to build on your existing skills, refine your technique, and improve your endurance and stamina.
Classes can be adapted to suit individual fitness levels, ensuring you continue to feel challenged, motivated, and progress at your own pace. To add variety and enhance your workout, we occasionally incorporate small equipment such as mini balls, light hand weights, and resistance bands.

Our DanceFIT classes combine the excitement of dance with the benefits of a full-body fitness workout, helping you build strength, improve fitness, and boost your energy levels while having a fantastic time. With upbeat music and easy-to-follow routines, you'll be so busy enjoying yourself that exercising won't even feel like a workout!
Held twice a week, our classes welcome people of all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels, and dance abilities. Whether you're a confident dancer or convinced you have two left feet, you'll fit right in. There's no need for perfect coordination or experience - just bring your enthusiasm, get moving, and enjoy a fun, effective workout in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Weds, 6:30pm - Fitness PILATES (Intermediate/Advanced Levels)

This Fitness PILATES class is designed to strengthen and tone the entire body, with a particular focus on core stability, flexibility, and balance. Through a variety of dynamic and controlled movements, you'll improve muscle tone, build endurance, and enhance your overall fitness and wellbeing.
To keep classes varied and challenging, we occasionally incorporate small equipment such as mini balls, light hand weights, and resistance bands, helping you get even more from your workout while maintaining the core principles of Pilates.
