The Class I want to do is Fully Booked ... Is there a Waiting List?

Yes there is! If the class you want to attend is already fully booked, you can get on the waiting list for it and be informed if and when a space becomes available due to a cancellation or an increase in class size.

You've arrived at the screen where you can book your class, but the date you want says "Join Waiting List" next to it, which means that the class has already been fully booked.

Follow the instructions below to activate your waiting list notifications:
  • Click "Join Waiting List". A tick will now appear next to that class's date.
  • You can also click on any other dates in the future you want to book as well in the normal way, choosing "Join Waiting List" again for the ones that are already fully booked - in effect putting yourself on the waiting list for any number of fully-booked classes.
  • Click "Continue" when you are happy with all your choices and there are ticks next to all the dates you want to attend.
  • You now arrive at the screen with the "Checkout Summary" box on it which will show you a summary of everything you have chosen, and the amount you need to pay (or not, if you have enough spaces on a valid class pass to cover them).
  • Once you have checked all the details and you are happy with your choices, click "Confirm Booking".
  • If you need to make any payments for classes which were available to be booked, you will now be directed to the payment screens; just follow the instructions there to complete the booking in the normal way.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE WHOLE CHECKOUT PROCESS TO REGISTER YOUR NAME ON THE WAITING LIST.

How do I know when a space becomes available?
  • At the point a place becomes available due to a cancellation, or an increase in class size, the first person on the waiting list will be notified immediately by email (the list is chronological, i.e., the first person to click "Join Waiting List" is the first in line to be informed of the newly available space and so on).
  • Once this email is received, you will then have 30 minutes to complete your booking before the next person on the list is then notified and so on.
  • 30 minutes should be enough time to respond to the notification email and to make your booking, and it also allows others in the list a chance to book as well.
  • If you are late in responding to your email i.e., after your 30 minute window, the available space might already have been booked by the next person on the waiting list by the time you go to book, in which case you can always join it again should you wish to in the hope that somebody else might cancel.
  • So, when you receive the email notifying you of the newly available space, along with the class details and time you need to book by, please click on the 'Book Now...' link in the email, which will take you directly to the booking site where you can book onto the associated class and make your payment for it in the normal way.
  • If you have decided you would no longer like to book this class, you can remove yourself from the waiting list following the link at the bottom of the email.
  • Once you have removed yourself, the next person in line will be notified immediately.
  • If there are still places available once everyone on the waiting list has been notified and your allowed booking time has passed, then the place will be opened up to the general public again.
