How to Update your Personal Information in your Ainyfit Ltd Account (including your email address)

It is important - and it is your responsibility - to keep your details up to date at all times, so if there are any changes in your circumstances say, after an operation or an illness, or in your medications or any people you would like to add as emergency contacts, you can do this quickly an easily here.

All of these details are necessary so that in the unlikely event of an emergency, we can let your significant other(s) know, and also advise any health professionals, should they need to be called, of any pre-existing conditions/allergies/medications so that they can be fully advised of how to treat you.

IMPORTANT! If you change your email address, please ALSO email us separately  with your new address, as the booking site and our email lists are not connected, so updating it on your booking site will not let AinyFit know, and you might miss important updates. Thank you!

  • Once you are logged in, click "My Account" in the menu.
  • Then, click "Details" in the next menu.
  • Scroll down changing any of the details you need to.
  • When you are happy with your changes, click the "Save Details" button at the bottom of the page.
