How to Book A Class/Classes with your AinyFit Account
 
  • Go to https://ainyfit.myfitnessclass.com/classes

  • Click on the “Book Now” button next to the class listing you would like to book and all the available dates  for the following 3 months or so for that class will come up for you.

  • If you are not logged in, you will now be asked to enter your email address and your password.

  • If you had an account created FOR you by AinyFit when the booking system was first introduced 18 months ago your user name will be your email address and your password will be "ainyfit" (all lower case without the quotation marks) unless you changed it way back then, so please try that first!

  • If that doesn't work, and you have simply just forgotten your password, please follow the instructions here to reset it 

  • If you know you don't have an account, you will need to create one ...

  • It is simple to create your account by putting in your email address, choosing a password and then by answering all the questions on the form which follows. Please answer these comprehensively as they are needed so that you are covered by our insurance, and also so that classes can be tailored to your needs should there be any.

  • Once you are logged in and/or you have created your new account you can choose the dates of the class/classes you wish to come to by clicking the "Book Now" button corresponding to the class you want to book. 

  • If the date of the class you would like to attend is not yet shown on the main booking screen (it only shows about 3 months ahead), click "All Dates" in the main menu and then you can filter the dates and the class types you want to at the top of the screen to show even more future dates.

  • Click on each class date you'd like to come to. 

  • A green tick will appear next to the ones you have chosen. If the class you want to attend is already fully booked, you can join the Waiting List for it - here are the instructions to follow to be added to the Waiting List.

  • If you make a mistake, click the relevant class again and it will be "unbooked".

  • When you have chosen all your classes, click the “Continue” button on the page to go to the next step.

  • You will now see a checkout summary box. This will detail the number of classes you have booked, how many of them have had spaces from a valid loyalty pass applied to them if you have one, and any which still need to be paid for if they are not covered by an existing pass.

  • Again - please check the classes that you have chosen - there is still time to "unbook" any you don't want at this stage, by clicking the red cross next to them.

  • Now you have two choices – you can either proceed to payment, paying the full amount for each class shown in the checkout summary
  • OR
  • If you want to buy a new Class Pass to use to "pay" for them and save a bit of money per session, click on the “Buy Class Pass” tab at the top of the page.

  • If you choose to buy a new Class Pass, the checkout summary will then change – detailing the pass you have just purchased and applying the appropriate number of spaces from it immediately to the relevant bookings. If you have only made 3 bookings, say, and choose to buy a 5 x Class Pass, 3 spaces will be immediately applied to those 3 bookings and you will still have 2 spaces on your Pass left in your account to use for 2 future bookings. When you make those 2 further bookings another time, the 2 remaining spaces on your Pass will be applied to them automatically and so on (providing, of course, the 2 future bookings you make fall within the valid time period of the Pass

  • Even though the Class Pass is PAID for now - in advance - it's actual START date will be the date of the first class to which it is applied, which could be at any time in the future, and the countdown for it will start only then.

  • Once you are completely happy with all your choices, go ahead and complete the checkout by clicking the “Proceed to Payment” button.

  • And that’s it!

  • You can keep track of all your bookings in the “My Bookings” section under “My Account” and this is where you can also cancel any of them if needs be, and to keep track of the classes you are on the waiting list for - here's how to join a waiting list - here are instructions on how to cancel a booking - and also please see our Cancellation/Refund policy here.

  • Please remember that for insurance purposes, it is also your responsibility to revisit the "Details" section of "My Account" frequently to make sure that everything in there is as up to date and accurate as possible. This is ENTIRELY CONFIDENTIAL, helps tailor the classes to specific needs if necessary and is also helpful in the unlikely event of a mishap or accident in case medical professionals need to be told of any underlying conditions or medications that you are currently on which may have a bearing on their treatment of you.

  • You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Book Now” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class from any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit Ltd’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit Ltd websites and/or services offered by AinyFit Ltd. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
