This advanced Fitness PILATES class focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning through a range of dynamic and progressive exercises. Each session is designed to enhance muscle tone, build endurance, improve posture, and support long-term physical wellbeing.
Suitable for participants with previous Fitness PILATES experience, this class introduces more challenging exercise sequences and movement patterns to further develop strength, control, and co-ordination. Classes may incorporate equipment such as mini balls, light weights and resistance bands to add variety, increase resistance, and challenge stability.
The carefully structured workouts are designed to create a strong, balanced body, promoting a leaner, more toned physique, improved posture, a stronger core and back, and greater mobility and flexibility.
