Using your AinyFit Ltd Account

Step-by-step — Opening an AinyFit account


Quick summary: AinyFit uses an online booking portal - the studio’s booking site on https://ainyfit.myfitnessclass.com/classes - you create an account there with your email and password and complete a short (insurance) form, then you can book classes or buy class-passes.


Before you start — have these ready


  • An email address you can access.
  • A payment card if you plan to pay or buy a class-pass.
  • Basic personal / health info (you must answer a short form for insurance purposes — details are asked during sign-up).


Steps


Open the AinyFit booking page

  • From the AinyFit website menu at the top of the page choose Your AinyFit Account → Log In to Your Account - this links to the booking portal

Create your account

  • On the booking portal click the link to register for an account.
  • Enter your email address, choose a password, then complete the short form that follows (the short form is mandatory for insurance purposes).

Log in and find classes

  • After creating your account, sign in. Go to the Classes or All Dates view to see available sessions. Click Book Now next to a class to see its dates. When you select dates a green tick will show which dates are chosen.

Checkout: pay per class or buy a class-pass

  • At checkout you can either proceed to payment and pay per class, or click Buy Class Pass to purchase a pass and apply it to your bookings. The booking summary will show which classes the pass covers and any extra classes you still need to pay for.

If the class is full — join the waiting list

  • If a date says Join Waiting List, follow the checkout process to register for the waiting list (you are not charged while on the waiting list). If a space opens you’ll get an email immediately and you have 30 minutes to complete the booking before it is released to everyone else.

Cancel, view bookings, and manage passes

  • Go to My Account → Bookings to view or cancel bookings (click the red cross next to the date). Use My Account → Class Passes / Orders to view active passes and purchases.

If you forget your password

  • Use the site’s Reset Password flow: click the reset link, you’ll get an email with a link, follow it to enter a new password, then log in with the new details.


Troubleshooting & extras


  • If the booking portal link doesn’t load, open the AinyFit site and use Your AinyFit Account → Log In there.
  • Want to change personal details later? Go to My Account → Personal Information and Save Details.
  • If something goes wrong (payment, account creation), use AinyFit’s Contact page on their site to message them.


It's also possible to use your account for other things such as:


  • Seeing all the dates for all the classes on one screen so that if you'd like to book different types of class in one go you can do that (choose "All Dates" from the menu).
  • Buying Class Passes in advance so they're ready to use for future bookings (choose "Class Passes" from the menu).
  • Seeing a list of current active class passes you have on your account (choose "Class Passes" under "My Account" from the menu).
  • Seeing a list of the future bookings you have made (and cancelling them from this screen, too) (choose "Bookings" under "My Account" from the menu)
  • Seeing the purchases you have made with your account i.e., single class bookings/class passes, etc (choose "Orders" under "My Account" from the menu).
  • Seeing the waiting lists that you have joined (choose "Waiting List" under "My Account" from the menu).
