Our Beginner/Improver Fitness PILATES class is designed for both beginners and those with some previous experience who are looking to improve their core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall fitness.


This class is particularly suitable for participants who are already familiar with the basics of Fitness PILATES and would like to progress to more challenging exercises and movement progressions. Fitness PILATES focuses on strengthening and toning the entire body, including the abdominal muscles, lower back, thighs, glutes, calves, arms, and shoulders, while also promoting flexibility and mobility through controlled, low-impact movements.


Regular participation can help improve posture, balance, muscular endurance, and body alignment, reducing the risk of injury and supporting everyday movement.
