Terms and conditions for 1-Horse Town pass (single class PAYG)

AinyFit's 1-Horse Town PAYG Pass for single class bookings.

1-Horse-Town Pass

  • Book and pay for individual class(es) on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.
  • Can be used for ALL classes in AinyFit's timetable.
  • This Pass gives you the flexibility to leave your booking right until the last minute so that you don't risk forfeiting your payment if you later find you cannot make a class you've booked in advance.

General policy for all bookings

 

PAYG members


  • PLEASE only book classes that you are as certain as you can be of actually attending!
  • Online bookings for the 1-Horse Town Pass (single class PAYG) must be made in advance online with your AinyFit Ltd account here.
  • All purchases are final, non-refundable and  non-transferable to another person/class.
  • See our cancellation policy here.
  • Please do not book classes too far in advance as things can always crop up which might prevent you from attending a pre-booked session and therefore losing your payment.
  • Bookings can be made right up until the start time of the class, so if you are not sure whether or not you can come to any class, you can always book closer to the time so that your payment isn't forfeited.
  • It might be worth considering purchasing one of our class passes , which give you more flexibility (and save you some money)!


Note: All bookings are classed as 1-Horse-Town Single Class PAYG sessions, even if you book more than one at a time, UNLESS you actively choose a different Class Pass when you "checkout", or have valid spaces remaining from a Pass you purchased previously.

Cancellation/refund policy for 1-Horse Town pass (single class PAYG)

 

  • Single class PAYG bookings must be cancelled using your AinyFit account only .
  • All purchases are final. 
  • No refunds or credits are offered for any cancelled booking which has been made on a single class PAYG basis.
  • Single class PAYG bookings are non-transferable to another member.
  • Single class PAYG payments may not be transferred to a booking for another week/class.
  • If you are a no-show to the class you have booked on a single class PAYG basis, no refund or credit will be offered.

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Book Now” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit Ltd’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit Ltd websites and/or services offered by AinyFit Ltd. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
