How It May Work in Practice
A typical example if you attend just 1 class per week:
- Week 1: You attend your first class using the Pass. This uses
Space 1 of 5 and is the
Activation Date of your Pass. Your expiry date is calculated from this date. You now have
4 spaces remaining to use before the Pass expires.
- Week 2: You attend your next class, using
Space 2 of 5.
- Week 3: You don't attend a class. You may have cancelled a booking you had already made, or simply decided not to book a class. This is counted as
Grace Week 1 for your Pass. If AinyFit is closed for a planned holiday on your usual class day, this would also count as Grace Week 1.
- Week 4: You attend your next class, using
Space 3 of 5.
- Week 5: AinyFit has a scheduled class closure, so this is counted as
Grace Week 2 for your Pass.
- Week 6: You attend your next class, using
Space 4 of 5.
- Week 7: You attend your next class, using
Space 5 of 5. Your Pass is now fully used.
- Week 7 + 1 day: This is the
expiry date of the Pass. From this point, the Pass can no longer be used for bookings. Any unused spaces remaining at expiry are
forfeited and cannot be carried forward, re-credited or refunded.
This is simply an example of how a 5-Star Pass might work in practice. Your actual attendance pattern may be different, but the Pass must always be used within its stated validity period.
