HOW AN AINYFIT LTD 5-STAR CLASS PASS MIGHT WORK IN PRACTICE - A TYPICAL EXAMPLE

Take 5 x classes within 7 Weeks, giving you 2 weeks' grace.
This Pass is one of our favourites, saving you money in the short term, without too much commitment at a time, whilst giving you the facility to take some breaks between classes if you need to for your other commitments.
Note: All bookings are classed as 1-Horse-Town Single Class PAYG sessions, even if you book more than one at a time, UNLESS you actively choose a different Class Pass when you "checkout", or have valid spaces remaining from a Pass you purchased previously.

How It May Work in Practice - a Typical Scenario if You Take Only 1 Class Per Week

Week 1 - Space 1 of 5 is used when you come to class today. This is the Activation Date of the Pass and its expiry date will be determined from this date. You now have 4 spaces remaining which you will need to take before the Pass expires.
Week 2 - Space 2 of 5 is used when you come to class today.
Week 3 - Today you either cancelled the booking already made or you actively decided not to come to class and didn't book it anyway, so this is counted as Grace week No 1 for this Pass. AinyFit might also have had a holiday on this date too, which would also be classed as Grace week No 1 for this Pass.
Week 4 - Space 3 of 5 is used when you come to class today.
Week 5 - AinyFit had a scheduled closure today, so this is counted as Grace week No 2 for this Pass.
Week 6 - Space 4 of 5 is used when you come to class today.
Week 7 - Space 5 of 5 is used when you come to class today.
Week 7 plus 1 Day - this is the expiry date of the Pass so you won't be able to use it for any more bookings, even if there are spaces remaining on it i.e., if you didn't use all your spaces up during the valid window of the Pass, they will be forfeited.
