AINYFIT CLASS PASSES - SIMPLE GUIDE
How Class Passes Work
- You can either pay for single classes (PAYG) or buy a class pass to save money.
- If you don’t choose a pass at checkout, you’ll be charged for a single class.
- All purchases are final (no refunds).
Types of Passes - Click Headings For More Info On Each Type
1. 3-Class Pass (“3-Wheeler”)

2. 5-Class Pass (“5-Star”)
- Use 5 classes within 7 weeks
- Saves money without a big commitment
- Allows time for breaks if you’re busy, including AinyFit scheduled closures
3. 10-Class Pass (“10-Out-Of-10”)
- Use 10 classes within 12 weeks
- Best value for money
- Can be used for any class type
- Good if you attend often or more than once a week
Important Things to Know
Activation & expiry
- Your pass starts on the date of your first class booking, not when you buy it
- Each pass has a time limit:
- 3-class: 4 weeks
- 5-class: 7 weeks
- 10-class: 12 weeks
- Your pass expires when:
- Time runs out, OR
- You use all classes (whichever comes first)
- Unused classes are lost after expiry
Class types
- 3-class and 5-class passes are separate for each class type:
- DanceFit OR Fitness Pilates
- You can’t mix them
- 10-class pass works for all classes
Booking classes
- New class dates are released monthly
- If you can’t book everything straight away, your remaining classes stay on your account until the next month's classes are released for booking
- Only book classes you’re likely to attend
Cancellations & no-shows
- If you cancel properly, the class is credited back to your pass
- You must still use it before your pass expires
- If you don’t show up, you lose that class
Who can use the pass
- Passes are:
- Non-transferable (only you can use them)
- Not shareable (can’t book for someone else)
Closures & planning
- Classes don’t run on bank holidays or certain breaks
- You need to plan around:
- Holidays
- Illness
- Work or family commitments
When a pass might NOT suit you
You should stick to pay-as-you-go if you:
- Have health issues that might stop you attending regularly
- Have unpredictable schedules
Other key points
- If you don’t use all your classes in time, you’ll need to buy a new pass
- Prices may change from time to time
- If the business closes permanently, unused classes may be refunded proportionally
Simple Summary
- Class passes = cheaper, but must be used within a time limit
- The more classes you buy, the better the value
- You need to plan ahead to avoid losing unused classes
