How to Cancel a Booking made with your AinyFit Account or Check the Bookings you have made in advance
(Please bear in mind our Cancellation Policies when making a cancellation)

Things can often pop up in everyday life that can suddenly change your plans, but please cancel a booking, using your AinyFit account only as soon as you know you cannot make it, even right up to the start time of the class. This will allow the space booked to be automatically re-allocated to the booking system so that someone on the waiting list may use it - particularly important for classes with limited space. We do not accept cancellations over the phone, text, email or by any other means.

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANCELLING/CHECKING A BOOKING:
  • Log in to your AinyFit Account. Forgotten your password? Follow the instructions here to reset it.

  • Go to “My Account” in the main menu.

  • Then choose “Bookings”.

  • CLICK THE RED CROSS NEXT TO THE DATE OF THE CLASS YOU WISH TO CANCEL
  • A box will then pop up saying “Are you sure you would like to cancel this booking”
  • Click “OK” if you are sure.

  • That class will now disappear from the list in your Bookings - and that is it!

  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and so will AinyFit Ltd.

You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Book Now” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class from any of the AinyFit Ltd websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit Ltd’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit Ltd websites and/or services offered by AinyFit Ltd. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
