How It May Work in Practice
A typical example if you usually attend 1 class per week, but occasionally attend an extra class:
- Week 1: You attend your first class using the Pass. This uses
Space 1 of 10 and is the
Activation Date of your Pass. Your expiry date is calculated from this date. You now have
9 spaces remaining to use before the Pass expires.
- Week 2: You attend your next class, using
Space 2 of 10.
- Week 3: You don't attend a class. You may have cancelled a booking you had already made or simply decided not to book a class. This is counted as
Grace Week 1 for your Pass.
- Week 4: You attend your next class, using
Space 3 of 10.
- Week 5: You attend your next class, using
Space 4 of 10.
- Week 6: AinyFit has a scheduled class closure, so this is counted as
Grace Week 2 for your Pass.
- Week 7: You attend your next class, using
Space 5 of 10.
- Week 8: You attend your next class, using
Space 6 of 10.
- Week 9: You attend one class, using
Space 7 of 10, and then attend an additional class later in the same week, using
Space 8 of 10.
- Week 10: You attend one class, using
Space 9 of 10, and then attend another class later in the same week, using
Space 10 of 10. Your Pass is now fully used.
- Week 10 + 1 day: This is the
expiry date of the Pass. Once this date is reached, the Pass can no longer be used for bookings. If you still had unused spaces remaining, they would be
forfeited and could not be carried forward, re-credited or refunded.
This example shows how the 10-Out-of-10 Pass gives you flexibility to attend more than one class in a week if you wish, while still allowing for weeks when you cannot attend.
