- Cancel your payments any time easily and quickly just by sending an email message to ainyfinn@googlemail.com
- All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferable to another person/class
- If your regular payment is ever cancelled or not received, then you will need to revert to booking your class again in the normal way, either on a PAYG basis or with a Class Pass using your AinyFit account.
You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on a “Subscribe” button and/or signing up for an account or booking/paying for/taking part in a Class from any of the AinyFit websites be it virtual or face-to-face, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submission constitutes your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms and all those laid down in AinyFit’s full terms and conditions herein. You hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders and other records and to electronic delivery of notices, policies and records of transactions initiated or completed through the AinyFit websites and/or services offered by AinyFit. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
